By purchasing or accessing the SmokingBye PDF (the “Product”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. The Product

SmokingBye is a digital educational resource (PDF) for adult nicotine users.
After payment via our payment partner (Merchant of Record), you will receive a download link.

2. Payment and Taxes

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Merchant of Record).
The final checkout price includes applicable taxes/VAT; an invoice/receipt is provided by the payment partner.
We do not store card or banking details.

3. License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PDF for private use only.
You may store a personal copy on your devices.
Not permitted: resale, transfer to third parties, public posting, redistribution, or any other form of providing access to the file.

4. Delivery of Digital Content

The download link is shown on the “Thank You” page and/or sent to your email.
If you lose access, we can regenerate a new link after verifying your order details.

5. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

EU/UK customers. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days if the download has not yet started.
By starting the download, you agree that the right of withdrawal is waived for digital content.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Product is informational/educational in nature and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Results may vary. Do not alter medical treatment or make health decisions without consulting a qualified physician.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Product.
