Refund Policy

SmokingBye PDF is a digital product, and access to the file is provided immediately after payment.

Once the download has started, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK)

Customers in the EU and UK have the right to cancel an order within 14 days, provided the download has not yet started.
By completing the purchase and starting the file download, you agree that the right of withdrawal for digital content is waived.

How to Request a Cancellation Before Download

If you have not yet downloaded the file and wish to cancel your purchase:

  1. Do not click the download link.
  2. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund request.”
  3. Include your order number and the email address used for payment.

Refund requests are processed via our payment partner (Merchant of Record). Refunds are issued to the original payment method in line with the rules of the payment system and your bank.

Special Cases

  • Duplicate purchase: refund may be issued upon confirmation of a duplicate.
  • Access/download issues: we will help restore access or resend the link. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be considered.
  • Taxes/VAT: if a refund is approved, related taxes are refunded according to payment system rules.
