By purchasing or accessing the SmokingBye PDF guide (the “Product”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. The Product

SmokingBye is a digital PDF guide. After payment via our payment partner Paddle, you will receive a download link.

2. Payment and Taxes

Payments are securely processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record).
The final checkout price includes applicable taxes/VAT; invoices/receipts are issued by Paddle.
We do not store credit card data.

3. License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PDF for personal purposes only.
Resale, transfer to third parties, publishing, distribution, or any other form of sharing the file is prohibited.

4. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

EU/UK Customers. You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days, provided the download has not started.
By starting the download, you agree that the right of withdrawal is waived for digital content.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials of the Product are owned by SmokingBye. Any unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Product is informational only and does not constitute medical advice. Results may vary.
We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Product.

7. Age Requirement

The Service is not intended for individuals under 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine (excluding conflict of law rules).
Disputes shall be resolved by correspondence; if unresolved, they shall be brought before a competent court at the location of SmokingBye.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page (see the date block under the title).
