Refund Policy
The SmokingBye PDF guide is a digital product, and access to the file is provided immediately after payment.
Once the download has started, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK)
Customers in the EU and UK have the right to cancel an order within 14 days, provided the download has not started.
By completing the purchase and starting the download, you agree that the right of withdrawal is waived.
How to Request a Cancellation Before Download
If you have not downloaded the file yet and wish to cancel:
- Do not click the download link.
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund request”.
- Include your order number and the email address used for payment.
Refund requests are processed through our payment partner Paddle (Merchant of Record); refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with Paddle’s rules.
Special Cases
- Duplicate purchase: a refund may be issued if a duplicate is confirmed.
- Access/download issues: we will help restore access or resend the link. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered.
- Taxes/VAT: if a refund is approved, applicable taxes are refunded according to Paddle’s policies.
